By visiting or using nuioner.online (the “Site”) and the Drag King Name Generator (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for a general audience. If you are under 18, please use it with the guidance of a parent or guardian. You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.
The Service
The Service is a free online tool that generates suggested stage names for entertainment and creative inspiration. It is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, pause, or remove features at any time without notice.
Using the names you generate
You may use any name the generator produces for any lawful purpose, including as a stage name and in commercial work. We do not claim ownership of individual generated names.
Generated names are short phrases assembled at random from word lists. They may not qualify for copyright or trademark protection, and other people may generate or already use the same name.
Your responsibility for names
You are responsible for checking that a name is suitable and available before you use it. That includes searching for existing performers, businesses, trademarks, domain names, and social media handles. Do not use a generated name to impersonate, mislead, or harass anyone. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- copy, scrape, or republish our word lists, text, or code in bulk;
- use bots, scripts, or automated tools that overload or disrupt the Site, or that generate invalid ad impressions or clicks;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- send spam, malicious content, or unlawful material through the contact form;
- use the Service to harass, threaten, or impersonate another person; or
- break any applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, guides, code, word lists, logo, and branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Site for your own personal and creative purposes, share individual generated names, quote short excerpts with a link back to the Site, and link to any page. You may not copy the Site as a whole or present it as your own.
Messages and suggestions you send us
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or name ideas, you allow us to use them to improve the Site without payment or obligation to you. We will not publish your personal information. Please do not send anything you consider confidential.
Copyright complaints and content removal
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email hello@nuioner.online with the subject line “Copyright notice” and include:
- a description of the work you say has been infringed;
- the exact page address (URL) where the content appears;
- your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will review complete notices promptly and may remove or disable access to material where appropriate. If you think material was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice with the same level of detail. We may end access for repeat infringers.
If you believe a generated name infringes a trademark or personal right, tell us at the same address and we will consider removing the related word from our lists.
Third-party links and advertising
The Site may link to third-party websites and may display advertising from third parties. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your dealings with advertisers or other third parties are between you and them.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site or the Service, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated names will be original, available, or free of third-party rights.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your responsibility for misuse
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension
We may restrict or block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms or misuses the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country are not affected. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
